How Consignment Works

We inspect the vehicle
We check its condition and paperwork in person, and agree on the dates it will be available.

We put the terms in writing
Rates, availability, and your share are written down and signed before the first rental.
Step 4
We rent it out and pay you
The vehicle goes on the site, we handle every booking, and your share is remitted on the agreed schedule.

Original receipt and certificate of registration, current and matching the owner's ID.
Comprehensive insurance
In force for the whole period the vehicle is with us, not just TPL.
Valid government ID
One government-issued ID for the registered owner.
An availability commitment
The dates you're happy for the car to be rented. We'll only book within those dates.

Common questions from car owners.
Paano mag-pa-rent ng sasakyan sa Pampanga?
Send us your vehicle details using the form below. We'll inspect the car and put the terms in writing, and from then on we handle the renting: the marketing, the renters, the schedule, and the handover. You keep ownership the whole time.
Do I still own the car?
Yes. Ownership never changes, and the OR/CR stays in your name. You're simply letting AutoMik make your idle vehicle work for you.
Who chooses when it can be rented?
You do. We agree on your available dates upfront and our booking calendar follows them, so your car is never booked on a date you've kept for yourself.
Who deals with the renters?
AutoMik does, entirely. Renters book with AutoMik, pay AutoMik, and contact AutoMik. Your name and number are never shown to them.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
Every renter is screened and the vehicle is inspected at handover and return. Beyond that, how repairs and insurance excess are handled is set out in the written agreement.
Can I take the car back?
Yes. The notice period and how existing bookings are honored are covered in the agreement, so a confirmed renter is never left stranded.
